ABOUT ME

DAVID BASIRICO

  • Doctorate in Physical Therapy: Completed a DPT from Duke University in May 2021.

  • Professional Experience:

    • Worked in four outpatient orthopedic clinics.

    • Owned and operated my own practice.

    • Served as a part-time personal trainer at a prestigious private gym in Raleigh, NC.

  • Division 1 Football Scholarship: Awarded a full scholarship to play football at Central Michigan University, where I earned a B.S. in Exercise Science with a focus on kinesiology in 2018.

  • Extensive Athletic Background: Participated in football, basketball, soccer, baseball, wrestling, and track during my formative years.

  • Certifications: Certified in dry needling and continually expanding my expertise through ongoing education.

  • Goal: To leverage my experience, education, and medical background to help you achieve your health and fitness goals.

I focus on providing personalized exercise training and programming to ensure you get the results you’re after. To maintain a high level of attention and support, I only work with 10 clients at a time. If I’m fully booked, I have a network of specialized trainers I trust who can step in and provide you with the professional support you need.

Developed in collaboration with registered dietitians, nutrition counselors, cognitive behavioral therapists, and life coaches, this program addresses all aspects of weight management.
